Sarah Crossan

Sarah Crossan is the author of The Weight of Water, shortlisted for the CLiPPA in 2013. Her novels for young people are Apple and Rain, Breathe and Resist. Sarah is originally from Dublin and now lives in Hertfordshire. She has a degree in philosophy and literature, trained as an English and drama teacher and has since worked to promote creative writing in schools. Her verse novel One won the CLiPPA Poetry Award 2016 and the CILIP Kate Greenaway Medal.
